LONDON'S ALBERT HALL CONCERTS

WITH a lavish new program for 2018, the stunning spectacular `An Afternoon at the Proms' salutes the famous BBC Proms Concerts of London’s Royal Albert Hall performing all the well-known favourites including Rule Britannia, Jerusalem, Radetzky March and Elgar’s Land of Hope and Glory - and its coming to the Sutherland Entertainment Centre in Sydney.

Australia’s most acclaimed international violinist, Ian Cooper is joined by opera stars, prima ballerinas, Australia’s foremost bagpipe band and the Blue Danube Orchestra to evoke the sheer exuberance of An Afternoon at the Proms - A Musical Spectacular.

Ian is the recipient of many awards including five Golden Fiddle Awards, two MO Awards, four Ace Awards and one Platinum Aria Award.

The show will provide a great selection of musical numbers from The Sound of Music,The Merry Widow, Carmen and The Waltz King - Johann Strauss, plus can-can and tango dancers.

Feel the romance and emotion of the Hungarian Gypsy Orchestras, haunting renditions of Irish favourites and the Pipers’ tribute to the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo.
