BRISBANE-based entertainer Mike Preston scored a `hat-trick' at this year's Wallace Awards by winning the Male Country Vocalist Award for the third year in succession. And, in it's introductory year, Mike was also voted the top vocal/instrumentalist of the year.

The Perth born entertainer has notched up about 20 years in the industry, which began at the age of 17 when his fellow Army buddies threw him into a talent quest.
