OPENING NIGHT of the Australian Premiere production of Saturday Night Fever at the Sydney Lyric Theatre, The Star on April 2, 2019 will include a host of top Aussie personalities.
On With the Show thought you may be interested in who is on the Opening Night guest list and will walk the red carpet (between 6pm and 7pm) for this fabulous production of Saturday Night Fever which features not only the classic disco hits of the Bee Gees but also leading performers such as Euan Doidge, Melanie Hawkins, Marcia Hines, Bobby Fox, Paulini and Natalie Conway.
Paying homage to the classic movie, Saturday Night Fever is packed with disco classics, including the Bee Gees' greatest hits Stayin' Alive, How Deep Is Your Love, Night Fever, Tragedy and More Than A Woman.
The 1977 movie starring John Travolta and Karen Gorney, is credited with defining the 1970’s, while the soundtrack remains one of the best-selling soundtracks of all time with over 45 million copies sold.
