MUSIC FANS URGED TO STAY SAFE
TWO OF Australia’s most iconic singers, Grace Knight and Wendy Matthews, were scheduled to kick off their We’re Going To Graceland – The Songs Of Paul Simon tour this week in Victoria.
Due to the COVID-19 crisis, they have postponed their dates, the Victorian run in March and the New South Wales run of shows in May.
Where possible the duo have slotted in new dates for audiences and are still working on rescheduling additional dates, which will be announced in coming weeks.
Right now they are encouraging everyone to stay safe and look after each other during this crisis.
Music fans can hold onto their tickets for the postponed shows, they will be automatically transferred.
Refunds can be sought from the place of purchase.
Dates to be postponed include: March 26 (rescheduled to Oct 29, 2020) - Memo Music Hall, St Kilda Vic; March 27 - Shoppingtown Hotel, Doncaster Vic; March 28 - Village Green Hotel, Mulgrave Vic; March 29 - Caravan Music Club, East Bentleigh Vic; May 14 - Centro CBD, Wollongong NSW; May 15 - Lithgow Workies Club, Lithgow NSW; May 16 - Pittwater RSL Club, Pittwater NSW.
