ANNE Kirkpatrick takes out Female Vocalist of the Year and Album of the Year. `Out of the Blue' was Anne's first album for ABC Music and in 1992 it was her most successful in a solo recording career that had spanned over 15 years. Three major country hits were spawned from the album which, produced by Mark Moffat, topped the Capital News Country Album Chart. Album of the Year took Anne's Golden Guitar tally to four.
