Aussies team up with Andy Williams (1998)

Price & McCoy attract rave reviews

IT appears that the `Speciality Act' so popular with audiences in `variety' days is alive and kicking. It was cheering to learn that an Australian Duo/Acrobatic act is flourishing and receiving rave notices overseas.

Price & McCoy, having conquered Germany, French and British audiences and overcoming the many obstacles that are in force, have succeeded in breaking into the American entertainment business.

The Act has just signed a nine month contract with American singing star, Andy Williams, who flew them out from Germany to tour the United States. This will give them stability security and an opportunity to conquer further fields in the universally acknowledged `Home of Entertainment'.

I have read some of the reviews and one that caught my eye in particular stated: "In addition is the new Comedy/Acrobats from Australia - Price & McCoy. They are hilarious and their acrobatics are breathtaking. I am surprised that one of them doesn't split his head open with some of those acrobatics. Be sure to take your blood pressure pills on this one as they are really great. Andy's show is another winner this year."

Incidentally, Terry Price has captured himself a French wife and now has a two-year-old son.
