POPPED into Nerang RSL on the Qld Gold Coast today and who should be performing but multi-award winning country and yodelling great Wayne Horsburgh and the Howie Brothers.

WAYNE Horsburgh is back from Nashville toting a brand new album `Yodel Antics'. Recorded on his own label, Rotation Records in Nashville, the album features 11 yodelling numbers which are certain to be a big hit with Wayne's many fans.

The tracks include one of Merle Haggard's first big hits (and Wayne's favourite song on the album) called Sing a Sad Song, along with Arizona Yodeller, there's a Rainbow in every Teardrop (previously recorded by "Slim Whitman), Oh Leo Lady (written by Ray Stevens), song of the Old Water Wheel (which Wayne has wanted to record for many years), Chime Bells, Starting Tonight, Rockonover River, North Wind, Swiss Lullaby and Aussie song High Mountain Yodel.
