ENTERTAINERS rarely get a chance to be at the one place at the same time ... especially if it is to enjoy what many of us take for granted, a simple meal with friends and family. These wonderful human beings are usually entertaining people as they dine or, alternatively, they are busy rehearsing to go on stage.

LUNCH IN QLD SET FOR SUCCESS
THE Australian Ladies Variety Association (ALVA), made up of entertainers and wives of entertainers, is staging a special event for Queensland and New South Wales members and partners at South Tweed Sports Club on October 16 from 10am (Qld time).
ALVA President Susie Smither, based in Sydney, said the ALVA Goes Gold Coast event is being held to bring together members who have left Sydney and moved to the Gold Coast.… Members read the rest!
