A Song to Sing O back by popular demand

August 27, 2014

Theatre

Starring Christopher Hamilton

AFTER a sell-out performance at Glen Street Theatre in 2012, this feast of Gilbert and Sullivan gems is back by popular demand.

Performed in the dressing room of D’Oyly Carte’s Savoy Theatre in 1889, `A Song to Sing O' is based on the life of legendary comic performer and original interpreter of the cheeky Gilbert and Sullivan patter roles, George Grossmith.

Starring Christopher Hamilton, directed by Melvyn Morrow and musically directed by Jayne Hamilton, this musical takes audiences on a jaunty backstage tour through the Savoy story.
See `A Song to Sing O' at the Glen Street Theatre, Belrose (NSW) on September 9, 11am to 12.15pm.
